Rules!

1. You must be a fan of anime!Wrath and/or "Moofy".
2. I need a country and a valid email address. If you do not present both, I shall remove you from the list.
3. You don't have to have a site, but if you do, please put up a code image or a text-link back to http://firebirdie.net/wrath so other fans will find this place. Please have this viewable at all times in a designated area (ie: cliques page, etc.).
4. Do not direct-link my banners. Please save the image and upload it to your site.
5. I reserve the right to refuse to list your site if I deem it offensive in racist, hateful, or pornographic ways. (You will still be listed though.)
